Have you noticed how things have a tendency to go wrong when you need them the most?
With our GOLD STAR SERVICE we give you priority treatment in the case of an emergency, which means we hope to get to you within 2-5 days during the height of the season, normally this could take 2-3 weeks for non members during the height of the season, thus giving you peace of mind during your valuable swimming time, which in this country can be short if the weather is as unpredictable as it has been.
What the GOLD STAR SERVICE offers you
- Starts with : Closing your pool down for the winter, draining all equipment and removing pumps for cleaning, painting if necessary and storage. Chemically treat water and where applicable put on winter cover, remove, check and overhaul pool cleaner (parts chargeable extra)
If your pool is frostat controlled then the pump(s) remain in situ.
- Opening your pool for the summer, TRY TO GIVE AT LEAST 4 WEEKS NOTICE,
Returning all equipment and re fitting, vacuuming pool, chemically treat and leave all the equipment in running order (we do not start pool heating unless pacifically asked to), arrange for heater service (if under service ‘A’).
- A mid season call to ensure all equipment is running correctly and to check chemically test water.
- A call out either taken as a holiday call if your away and want us to check, or as an emergency call, i.e. pump/heater has stopped or a leak on pipe etc.
- Free loan pump (subject to availability) if for any reason your pump breaks down, thus giving you no interruption to your swimming.
- Priority treatment at all times.
ALL CHEMICALS AND MATERIALS USED ARE CHARGEABLE EXTRA
